Culture and Civilisation - Video

For our next Culture and Civilisation assignment, we were asked to make a video based on a movie we were given to watch. Our group was given Elizabeth: A Golden Age. We were asked to make a video adaptation, a trailer and a detailed A5 booklet based on our movie. Our A5 booklet must research architecture, lifestyle and clothing. This was my booklet.

Culture and Civilisation - Family Tree

For our first Culture and Civilisation assignment, we were tasked to research our families history and make two infographs based on it. We were told to make a family tree and an background history of our families.

Me and my group member, agreed to focus on my history as working on two families would have been too much work.

Maths - Model

 For our model making assignment in maths, we were told to make a model of a 3D object when given it's dimensions.

Psychology - Video

For our third Social Psychology Assignment, we were asked to make a video that had 5 psychological concepts in it. The five that we chose as a team were, discrimination, racism, prejudice, aggression and stereotype. This assignment has helped me understand the concepts more and how they help shape our society and the way we think.

For our second Social Psychology assignment, we were asked to write a comic that consist of five different psychological concepts.

This assignments have helped me identify psychological concepts in our daily life.

Psychology - Journal

For our first Social Psychology assignment, we were tasked to write journal entries incorporating  psychological concepts in to our daily lives. We had to write 5 entries each with its own concept. This assignment had helped me better understand the concepts in psychology and helped me notice the concepts in play in our daily lives.

English 2 - Assignment Essay

For our Essay assignment, we were given the options to either choose to compare or contrast a superhero movie or a movie based on historical events. We were given a max word cap of 1000 words. My original essay was too long by 864 words, so I had to trim it down. I had chosen to contrast to movies that had similar stories and concepts, as it provided a challenge when writing it. Overall the assignment allowed me to explore writing techniques and brush up on my referencing skills. It also had helped me improve on my pre-writing skills.

Presentation

For our next English Assignment we were tasked make a presentation based on two businesses and compare and contrast them. We were asked to look at how competitive the businesses are and write our findings in a report.
